I have more than 10 years of experience in career development and coaching and am energized by helping clients find their “ah-ha” moments. I work as both a higher education administrator and professional strengths coach.
I lifelong learner, I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2010), a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration (2012), and a PhD in Educational Studies. I have been a Certified Strengths Coach since 2015.
I live in Omaha, Nebraska with my husband and three children.

Two of my favorite things are people and plans, and I love to help others grow within a warm and caring environment. I have a passion to see others find and strategically meet their goals, whether within a team or as an individual, whether professional or personal.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication (2007) and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling (2012), both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I have been a Certified Strengths Coach since 2016.
I live in Omaha, Nebraska with my husband, two boys, and rescue dog. If I am not working or hanging out with my family, I am probably reading or writing.
